Am I able to swap waves?

Unfortunately, we are not able to allow anyone to swap dates due to the contracted room blocks at the hotel for each wave. If your plus one is also an IG employee and is assigned to a different wave, please decide which wave you both would like to attend, and register for that wave. 

If my significant other is also an IG employee, do we both need to register? 

If you and your significant other both work for IG and are contest winners, only one of you needs to register. Please note in the registration that you are both IG employees and contest winners.

If my significant other is an IG employee and assigned to a different wave of the trip, can we attend both waves, or split our trip across the two waves?

Congrats on both of you being contest winners! Unfortunately, you have to choose one wave of the trip to attend, so please ensure only one of you registers for your preferred wave dates. If you want to extend your trip on either end to include dates of the over wave, you will need to work directly with the hotel. 

Who am I allowed to bring as a plus one?

Your plus one can be a significant other or someone you are dating/in a relationship with.

If I am bringing a plus one, but cannot register them yet, what should I do?

You can go ahead and register yourself, and then let us know once your guest is confirmed. Please note, there is no guarantee that you will be booked on the same flights as your significant other if you go this route.  

If I want to bring my kids, how do I register them? Does Insight Global cover their flights?

You can register your kids directly through the Registration form this year! Insight Global does not cover the flight costs; however, the travel company can work with you to book their flights on the same confirmation as yours and send you a secure link to cover the cost.

If I bring my kids, can I get an upgraded room or suite with more room? 

While we try to accommodate requests for all contest winners, including our families, we cannot guarantee a specific room type. You can request a crib and/or cot for children, which are complimentary, but a larger room is not guaranteed.  

Can I bring a nanny or additional family members to help with my kids? 

Yes! They are of course welcome, but they will be responsible for booking their own travel and accommodations. We can coordinate with the hotel to request either an adjoining room or a room nearby.  

If I am on vacation in another location before or after the contest trip, can you book my flights directly from or to that city? 

As long as the cost of the flight is comparable to the cost from your home city, we can cover the full price of the ticket. If the cost is much higher, you may be responsible for covering the difference. Please enter this information in your registration, and our team will be in touch if necessary. 

How much is our stipend and what can I use it towards?

You and your plus one will each receive a $700 stipend, attached to your reservation and to use at the resort. The stipend can be redeemed at Baha Mar restaurants, food and drinks at the pools, spa services, golf, and other resort amenities. *Please note that the stipend cannot be redeemed at the casino or other luxury shops within the resort (Cartier, Montblanc, Rolex, etc.)

After I receive my flight itinerary, can I make changes to my flight? 

You can make changes to your flight for business reasons within 24 hours of receiving your itinerary. After 24 hours, there will be a cost to make flight adjustments, and that cost will have to be covered out of pocket.

What if I put a specific airline / or route and I was booked on something different?

As always, we try our best to book you on the best times and airline that you requested, but we must also keep our policy in mind. Please note the sooner you register, the more flight options we have to accommodate.
