Your four night stay awaits you at Baha Mar, a luxurious 1000-acre complex located on the pristine white sands of Cable Beach in Nassau.

*All room reservations will be booked by the Conference & Events Team, so get familiar with the resort in the meantime!
How you’ll get there.
Arrival Information
AIRPORT: When you arrive at the Nassau airport, go through customs, grab your luggage, and go outside through the set of sliding doors. Here you’ll be greeted by multiple Sunsplash Events Representatives, wearing aqua colored polo shirts and navy pants. They will be holding signs that say “Insight Global.” They will guide you to your transportation to go to the hotel. Should you have any flight changes, delays or questions, please inform Registration@insightglobal.com ASAP & they will ensure the Sunsplash team is made aware. You can also call, text, email or WhatsApp Sunsplash Events at 1-954-812-3913 or email: info@sunsplashevents.com to ensure they are aware of your delays as well.
HOTEL: You will be dropped off at the main entrance to Grand Hyatt. Once you are inside the resort, please follow the signs & representatives that will show you where to check in inside the main entrance. For guests staying at Grand Hyatt, the reservation desks are located right inside the main entrance & surrounding areas. For guests staying at SLS, please make your way past the Grand Hyatt check-in area & follow the signs to SLS reservations desks.
What else?
Each winner and their guest will receive an $700 stipend that they can use at the resort towards food & beverage, spa, golf, or other resort amenities.
There will be a Welcome Reception hosted by Insight Global where we will celebrate all your achievements and recognize some special awards.
